Autopilot shouldn’t be engaged until you’re at 160/170 kts.
Edit: for what it’s worth I observe the same behavior as you in the sim. I eagerly set the plane up for climb at 200 ft agl and nose down trying to pick up the climb speed.
I’ve seen some inconsistency around the magenta speed bug moving to 160/170, but that may have been resolved.
