ISSUE DESCRIPTION
- When selecting EXHAUST MODE to OVBD on ground with ground power connected, the MECH horn should sound.
- The OVBD position should be blue (not white).

REPRODUCTION STEPS
On ground, with GPU connected, select EXHAUST MODE to OVBD. Observe no MECH horn and OVBD displayed in white instead of blue.
