ISSUE DESCRIPTION
NAS 3 aircraft with physical clocks, do NOT display the chrono (timer) on the hardware clock AND the memo panel at the same time. The memo panel clock is only functional on aircraft without the hardware clocks.
Also, with NAS 3 (with or without hardware clocks), there should be a “TIMERS” option on the INIT page. This is missing.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Press chrono, observe timer on the hardware clock AND memo panel. The memo panel timer should not be functional on aircraft with physical clocks.
Open the FMS INIT page, observe TIMERS option is missing.
