ISSUE DESCRIPTION

The TRU ON during BEFORE TAXI and OFF during AFTER LANDING is an old procedure. This was part of a OEB (temporary) procedure until root cause for power loss and subsequent loss of all screens (including ISI) was understood and rectified. This procedure is no longer valid and should be removed from the ECL.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Always.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Open BEFORE TAXI and AFTER LANDING normal checklist and observe TRU ON / OFF is still present.

How “old” are we talking about? I got my hands on what appears to be a 2024 FCOM, and it’s still listed there as part of engine 1 start-up:

Oh yeah, I see it too now that I looked at it - both procedures are here, must have been published while the fix wasn’t installed in every plane they had, but you’re right that your version is the correct as of now
Luckily the FCOM was uploaded in open web, otherwise I may have outed the uploaders lol
