ATR probe heating not working

Brief description of the issue:

The probes heating system does not seem to work well, they look like they ice and get plugged to easily, easily seen in icing condition in approach with a SAT of about -10 to -15 C

CAPT subsystem: The captain’s pitot probe is electrically heated by 115 VAC Wild Bus

F/O subsystem: The first officer’s pitot probe is electrically heated by 115 VAC Wild Bus

STBY subsystem: The standby’s pitot probe is electrically heated by 115 VAC Wild Bus 1 in normal supply, and by 115 VAC Standby Bus in emergency supply.

Maybe once again due to loss off ACW at low propeller RPM ?

Nan, if it was the case hydraulics would also stop working in flight (you can’t drop below Flight Idle in flight)
