I just received an email for a refund of $19.99 from the MS Store, which I can only assume is for the ATR. However, this amount should have been for the difference between the full price and the discount price, so $7.00.
I’m confused here, why should the refund be for 100%?
Maybe not able to do a partial refund or just easier and cost effective to credit whole amount. It was only about 70 people affected. I’ve done similar at my work, but usually attach a short note to explain.
I appreciate it, but I’m so devoted to this sim that I’d rather the monies had remained in their hands for continued development (realizing it is a drop in the bucket…) rather than receiving a full refund.
