VOR course adjustment dial is not working

Tune to a known VOR frequency on NAV1. Select NAV source to V/ILS1. Attempt to adjust course with course knob

As the OP described, the VOR course knob does not change the course setting. The course knob spins but it does nothing. I tried several variants of the ATR and it was broken on all of them.

@BartZiemski @ScrugsMcGrug it was an issue with an update, 1.0.24, that should not had been released and that had been pulled.

Delete the aircraft and redownload it, it will redownload 1.0.20
