ATR without ACW, overhead panel lighting should not be available

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

The overhead panel lighting requires ACW, it should therefore not be available before propellers are unfeathered.

Without ACW select OVHD panel lighting to ON (select STORM light ON - OFF first which is a separate bug), observe lights work without ACW.

Am I reading that wrong that DC BUS 2 should also provide power to overhead panel lights?

Yes, good catch. I will update that picture for clarity. The power supply is from ACW. So they won’t work unless ACW is online.
