On Air New Zealand ATR72s engines are started in the feathered position with the condition levers both set to “Feather”. They only come out of ‘feather’ when the levers are moved to AUTO. This is done just before taxi from the ramp. After the latest update the props are now correct in the feathered position before starting the engines but after startup & levers in 'Feathered" the props aren’t remaining feathered. They need to stay feathered with the engines running until the condition levers are moved to AUTO to be more realistic.

perhaps a similar issue? after the last update in feather there is an gen failure, and even in auto if i spool down with throttle i get gen alerts.
