Brief description of the issue:
When changing PWR MGMT from CLB to CRZ, Engine torque increases.
While a torque increase is correct behaviour on the ATR42, the ATR72 decreases engine torque by a few percent when changing to CRZ.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Takeoff and climb to cruising altitude
- Set Power to CLB
- Wait for IAS to stabilize
- Set Power to CRZ
- Observe increase in Engine torque and increase in IAS
