Performance Degradation with 1.14.5.0. Upgrade

Do you have any add-ons in your Community folder? If yes, please remove and retest before posting. No Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No Brief description of the issue: One processor pegged at 100% and getting tons of stutters at High settings when with older release it ran beautifully smooth.
