Attempting to Type in Max Frame Rate Value Results in UI Self-Entering a Value Before Enter is Pressed

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When attempting to click in and type in a value for the Max Frame Rate in Settings > Graphics, the UI will suddenly act as though the focus is lost and/or enter has been pressed before there is time to try and type in the value. Note in the attached video, I am simply trying to type “40” and cannot successfully do so without the UI intervening.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Open Settings > Graphics
  1. Turn on Max Frame Rate
  1. Click on value and attempt to type in value
  1. Observe UI anomaly
