Sometimes I’ll just shoot approaches, land and then replay the landings to analyze them.
That’s my favorite part of flying the Sim. So I invested in 2 programs that add to the fun:
FSiPanel, a tool that quickly sets up and positions the aircraft to fly approaches.
AviaFlightMonitor, a tool that collects data on approach/landing to provide detailed analysis.
That list that @Neuronsky linked is quite outdated to be honest. There are a few more official cities in UK done now and NZ isn’t on there at all.
I’ve started compiling my own which also includes all the freeware ones I’ve downloaded (actually still updating it as I slacked off and didn’t add quite a few recently) but discovered even so that MS don’t even mention all the places covered in official announcements so I am really unsure where we can get a 100% definitive list from.
If you want I can share my doc but as I say it’s not really complete yet, just what I’m using to track this for my own flying

I made a copy of my sheet and cleared out my personal tracking info.
Everyone feel free to make a copy of the doc to your own account and you can fill in info, as per example in the top row. It is set as “View only”, so I hope it still lets you make a copy? Let me know if not and I will change it.
You can write a number from 1 to 5 in the 
column and it will fill the stars and colour-grade the number cell. My rating there is partly for the quality but mainly how fun and interesting it is to fly around. My best so far is Malaga in Spain!
I also colour the first column green when I have visited. If there is no “F” in the Free / Paid column then it is an Asobo WU affair. From the rest, only one is Paid I think (Plymouth).
This is not really complete and not in any particular “country” order (kind of alphabetical but not quite :D). It has most of the built-in PG and most of the ones I have downloaded to check out which you may also find useful but as I say, there are some PG I found that are not listed anywhere officially (like Ibiza) so really never sure it will be 100% correct.
