I’m sure it will happen eventually. The issue here is they would be creating a plane that already exists by default, and the 3PD has to factor that in when they consider how much effort they need to put in to create it, along with how many copies they hope to sell.
For me, I would gladly buy any re-creation of an existing Asobo default plane that I fly semi-regularly. but it would have to offer something above, and beyond the default, and that would have to be keeping the number of INOP switches to an absolute minimum, preferably none.
