MSFS: IFR Essendon Fields Airport (YMEN) to Bankstown Aerodrome (YSBK).pln (4.4 KB)

I see these posts all the time but don’t really understand them or how to access them. or how they proceed. Is there an in-depth explanation somewhere about these group tours?
Thanks.

G’day and thanks for your interest in the events. Each week I post and “announcement” of what event is coming up and follow up with more information about the event, e.g., route details, altitude, aircraft to use, time we are departing. I also supply flightplans in Little NavMap and MSFS format to simplify the entry of flight details. In addition I supply suggestions about settings to turn on/off in the sim to support the event.

If there are any free sceneries to enhance the flight, I will often post links to flightsim.to to download them.

All you need to do is click on the link I supply to my Discord server, so you can automatically join the server for voice during the event. In Discord there are a number of facilities you can make use of:

  1. Listen in or join in on the friendly chat during the flights. I’ve made so many new friends in these events. GREAT bunch of guys.
  2. Get access to a number of resources I’ve set up on the channel
  3. Opportunity to contribute to the type of events you want to see in the future.
  4. Tap into help on all things flight sim
  5. View great tutorials and tips on flight sim topics
  6. Join in on AdHoc events that other members fly during the week.

If you have any issues attempting to join the events, please send me a private message and I’ll hand hold you through the process.

Hope you can join us in future events. All the best.

Regards, Paul

Thanks very much.
