I don’t use xbox but I’ll try to help. Make sure that on the world map in Flight Conditions set Multiplayer to “All Players” In the settings Online Tab make sure Multiplayer is on and chose SE Asia Server. Nametags or nameplates needs to be turned on but I can’t find it in the menu right now. Better to map that to a key. See you soon.
Go to Flight Interface.
Scroll down to Global Settings.
Look at the bottom of that, and you will see Show Traffic Nameplates. Make sure it is toggled on. You can then see the name tags of other players on your server. Other tags are also in there, such as Airport Markers, City markers and Points of Intrest
