This looks like a stuck internal control not directly connected to UI. To refresh it, you need to toggle assist options forth and back. Go to assistant options → piloting, turn everything on. Then, start flight, go to same place and turn everything off. Exit from flight and start a new one. Go to the piloting assistance options again and verify they all are off. That solved the problem for me. If the problem is gone, you can try setting the assistance options to the state you want.
