Hi,
I regonize in the Cessna CJ4 with a close look in the cruise flight to the vs indicator that the Airplane swings up and down a bit. I would glad to see an improvment of the autopilot that stops the up and down swinging of the airplane in the cruise flight. No matter which Weather i am using live weather(for now not working) or the presets from clear skys to stormy etc. And i also regonize it in the cj4 mod from working titles.

Is elevator trim assigned to an axis ? If it is, make sure that it is centred before activating the autopilot. Also make sure that there is a dead zone assigned to the axis. If it is not centred then the program is trying to obey the instructions from the autopilot and the axis assignment at the same time !!
i tried to remove the trim from the axis. But i got the same issue with the swinging at cruise.
How big of a swing are we talking about? Atmospheric pressure varies over the course of a flight and since your altimeter is set to 29.92 in the flight levels you will see some slight altitude corrections.

I’m not seeing anything abnormal there. The altitude variation is only about +/- 10 feet.
ok when this is normal then its good to me.
