Autothrust Indicator Missing on A320 NEO and Autothrust incorrectly working due to the missing Indicator

Hello,

I been flying the A320 NEO and the pink Thrust Arrow indicator when Autothrust is missing. Therefore the Aircraft does not respond to the Selected Airspeed in flight because of the missing Indicator!
