Still only one voice per frequency. Just completed an IFR flight with FSLTL in the background whilst I used BeyondATC - still only one voice. Some interesting voices on BATC though!
TBH I don’t recall seeing in the Release Notes that they had actually “fixed” this.

It was not in the release notes, but originally this thread was closed and marked as “fixed on live” after the release of SU15 by the community manager “Jummivana”. Hence me asking on another thread for it to be re-opened. Clearly the bug still exisits.

Still occurs after SU16 update. Start a flight that crosses some number of ATC areas. Have ATC assist turned on. (This does not make a difference to the experience, but is used for the purpose of demonstrating difference of voices.)
When the ATC controller calls other aircraft, the AI pilots of all other aircraft respond in the same voice as the controller. When the ATC controller calls me, my AI copilot answers with the preselected copilot voice.
As the flight progresses and I am handed off to a different controller, this new controller now (usually) has a new voice. So that part of the fix at least works an is an improvement.
But when this new ATC controller contacts other aircraft, all pilots of those aircraft now respond in the same new voice as the current ATC controller. When the new ATC controller contacts me, my copilot answers in the preselected copilot voice.

Just every AT controllers and AI pilots-copilots are female. Period.

Don’t think this will ever be fixed in MSFS2020, maybe in 2024. In the meantime the only solution is to use one of the third party ATC add-ons - at a price of course.

Unfortunately that’s how it is with MSFS2020, only solution is a 3rd party ATC addon, of which there are a few.
Hopefully MSFS2024 will be better.

06/09/2024 - Two and a half years since the bug was first reported and this is still happening. The controller, the AI aircraft all have the same voice on any given frequency. Switch frequencies and the voice changes from male to female or vice versa, but then again the pilots and controllers all have the same voice. We have been given no indication this has been fixed in 2024 and nothing has been heard from Asobo or the devs in any Q/A on this issue since the “bug logged” tag was added over a year ago.
