Started the sim today to do a flight and had the robotic ATC voices. Went to settings and the Azure option is gone. Only options are "OFF and “OFFLINE”

Thanks. All settings are “ON”. Despite numerous reboots and restarting of the sim, sometimes I get ATC for clearance and then it drops out. I can see text, but no sound. Aircraft and environmental sounds are present.
I originally had no comm problems post SU11 but they have degraded since. Flight yesterday night (11/18/22) started with copilot voice but no ATC. As the flight proceeded I lost the copilot voice too. The other odd thing was I was at 13,000’ and tried to ask for 7000 but copilot asked for FL190. I disabled copilot and tried several times to ask for 7000’ and the ‘asking for FL190’ kept repeating over and over. Whenever I opened the dialog box that is all that was listed. I have no clue, and don’t know if this is part of the problem listed, but neither of these situations has happened before in this sim.
I went thru all the Options and all ATC settings are on. Oh, also, when I lost all the comms I tried Offline but that made no difference. Went back to Azure.
Same issues for me last night. Had popups saying Azure voices were disconnected, it switched to offline which then also stopped working
Also having no sound/voice from ATC today, maybe the beta, its about time for a fresh install. lol
