The ten thousands hand of the altimeter is reading 50% of its true value.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Bring the aircraft to 10000’ and observe the ten thousands needle pointing to 5000’.

It appears the 10,000 foot indicator is pointed at the outside numbers like many altimeters do rather than the inside where it appears it should be pointing. And 10,000 it aligns with the outside “1” and and 20,000 it aligns with the “2”

I see the exactly same thing as OP
