B307 Battery Lever Set to “Flight” Produces GPU and Wheel Chocks

Brief description of the issue:

When the 3-position pedestal battery switch is set to Flight, the wheel chocks and ground GPU are produced.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Set pedestal battery lever to Flight. Switch to external view. Observe GPU and wheel chocks are present. Set the same lever to Ground and note the GPU and chocks are present. Set the lever to Off and note the GPU and chocks are removed.
