Description of the issue: The automatic loading in Career mode loads most of the cargo into the forward cargo hold, which causes severe imbalance for the Boeing 707-320C. This plane requires Center of Gravity to be at 16-35% MAC, but the actual center of gravity in Career mode is 0-2%. And it is impossible to redistribute the payload, because the button is blocked in Career mode. This leads to the nose of the aircraft being severely overloaded, the plane is barely able to lift off the ground at ~180knots, if the airport has long enough runway to reach such speed.

Buy the Boeing 707-320C in career mode
Accept and start any mission
After the plane is loaded, check the Mass and Balance tab on the Plane Performans page in EFB
So the issue has been basically fixed.
I was wondering why the post was moved under the UI subtopic, but the problem has been fixed with the UI change in today’s update, so make sense now
The plane is still loaded with poor CG automatically, but the “Redistribute” button has been unlocked now in Career mode, so you can now configure the plane payload and balance as you wish.
Hmm, that is weird. I played two missions and was able to manually load the plane both times. Please note that you need to input weights before loading. After the plane is already loaded, you might not be able to do so (the button was disabled for me in this case too).
Ok, new update: I’ve launched the game again today, and now I can not redistribute weights anymore. I tried different airports, but it does not work anymore for some reason.
So many issues with this in career. 400lb passengers, sometimes it loads with 0 fuel. Had given up but your post gave me a bit of hope and I tried again, lost all hope again.
Ok, I’m not sure what is going on, but today I was able to manually redistribute weights again. I’ve checked yesterday and it was still blocked, but was available today somehow. I’ve completed 2 or 3 missions with this plane from different airports, and weight redistribution worked every single time for me. Basically, you can check if it works for you before accepting the mission. Just go to the EFB, go to the Aircraft Performance tab, and if the “Seats” and “Cargo” tabs are available, then you will be able to load the aircraft manually. If the tabs are blocked, don’t bother accepting the mission. Also, note, that you will need to distribute the weights BEFORE requesting boarding. As soon as you contact ground and request boarding/cargo loading/catering, you will not be able to change the weights.
I think its locked on career, you can “edit” weights and looks like center of gravity changed but no it doesnt , big runway , tried 4 times with other configurations and i cant take off at almost 190 knots, set trim to 4, 5, 6, flaps 1, 2 , its a big trip so i was 85% on fuel, set cargo to 0 , NOTHING helped me
Sometimes those tabs (Seats and Cargo) are available, and you can change the payload or redistribute the weights, and the ground will actually load the aircraft according to your settings. But most of the times it looks exactly like on your screenshots: tabs just greyed out, and you can not change anything. I’ve noticed that some days those tabs were available in every mission, but other days you can not access them from any airport at all.
