I tried 2 times to land on LDDU (Dubrovnik) Airport (Payware) and nearly at the same moment (50 ft over ground) the system freezed completely. The last voice was the “fifty”, then the system immediately freezed. The sound of the engines still continued but nothing was clickable changeable anymore. The only thing I could do was to quit MSFS with the xbox key.

Hi @schmmart

I know you mentioned that you removed all of your addons, but then you say that this happens at a payware airport.
Would you mind testing this at a non-payware airport, such as KMSP? And see if you get the same issue?

Thank you!

Hi @HamMan2118, yes I can do this also after deinstalling the payware airport, but I was able to land at the same airport with the PMDG 737 and with a cessna 172. It should be possible to land a 787 on LDDU with the payware airport and I think this should be fixed because it’s deterministic.

Thx

Thank you for your report! The purpose of the #bugs-and-issues categories is to discuss issues that affect the base simulator. If you are having issues with a 3rd party product, please be sure to file a bug report via the developer’s preferred support method.

You can also check out the General Discussion & Community Support sub-categories to see if others have your 3rd party issue to help troubleshoot.

If you believe your issue may be caused by a third-party addon/mod, empty your community folder, restart the simulator and try to reproduce the error.

All issues caused by, or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. All issues related to the core simulator can be reported here on the forum or reported through Zendesk.

Hello @TheSevenflyer, I did my best to report an issue or better to say a bug. (including a video)
Hopefully you will investigate it. Obviously it has something to do with the constellation that I’m using the boeing 787 at an airport which requires a certain amount of resources.
If the flight sim hangs up 2 times exactly at the same place with the boeing 787 but, with 2 other planes I have no issues it should be investigated. In my opinion, it is clearly related to the base sim because it’s a base plane.

thank you.

Hi, i have noticed with add on Airports causes some shutter. I do think msfs20 has some responsibility for this, why ? well msfs20 is selling them on the market place. I strongly recommend all add on airports should be checked before the arrive into the market place.

Thanks.

@TheSevenflyer Yesterday I landed successful on the airport LDDU with a default asobo A320.
So I now successfully landed with a Cessna 172, a Boeing 737 PMDG and the Asobo A320.

But every time when I land with the B787 the game crashes/freezes completely 50ft above ground.
So, what do you think is more likely the reason for the crash? The airport or the aircraft?
Isn’t it time to rethink your policy and try to investigate the bug in conjunction with the B787?
