I may have found the issue, as of SU14, AI co-piliot will keep apu on and push and pull ENG starter 1 over and over 9000 ft and below, it causes overspeed in 747, and engine failure in 787, A339
I have had great success with both of those planes, the A339 from LVFR and WT’s 78X, but up until yesterday. Can’t say there’s is a TOGA issue because I am using the Xbox X, but today I can not get the 339 to fly and I just had black screens on the 78X and it went above the prescribed cruising altitude; most of the screens wouldn’t come back on. All airports are tried and true and I’ve flown them many times.
I think it might the number of people flying today, but who knows. And the only assists I have on is the taxi ribbon. Hope you find out the problem.
