Background Opacity of Subtitles Cannot be Reduced

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Background opacity of subtitles is 100% opaque and cannot be adjusted using the opacity slider in Settings. This is an issue because the large black background of the subtitle sometimes covers up important areas of the cockpit display. Subtitles are sometimes necessary to use the sim in noisy environment and where the audio quality of the voices is poor.

In addition to the opacity being permanently 100%, the size of the black text box does not scale with font size, so even reducing font size does not reduce the opaque area.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Always, all aircraft, all modes

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Start an activity (free flight, training or mission) and get into the airplane.

Settings - Accessibility - Subtitles - check ON
and in
Settings Accessibility - User Interface and Font

In both of the above areas,
Set Background Opacity slider to 100, go back to the activity and observe that the text creates a solid black background. Now set opacity to Zero, no difference, background is still 100% black.
