Hi @FormerCarp5981. I moved your post to the #self-service:basic-gameplay-help category where I hope you can find the advice you are seeking.
Also, the link you posted did not work for me. It requires authentication (asks me to “Request access”) in order to follow the link. You probably need to adjust the “sharing” settings for the file.
I tried to view the link and got the same screen asking to request access
Still no luck, I tried both links you posted and got the same screen that gave me the option to enter a message and I still needed to request access.
