Very strange twice today for the first time ever!
I’ve been getting it a lot lately, and I have unlimited bandwidth!
It doesn’t seem to make a difference though.
There’s always a first time i guess 
Also been having this A LOT lately. Bandwidth is fine on my side ( >50Mbps )

Just did a short hop in the Hawaiian Islands, but I got offline voice instead of no PG.

Yeah I have had that aswell. No AZURE ATC available or something along those lines!

Does it actually switch to offline mode?
Not on the first message - but usually that error is followed by another that tells you it’s switching to offline mode. I then have to manually go switch photogrammetry from off to on… it’s very annoying.
I’ve never gotten the second message, just the first which I disregard.
I got the same thing tonight! This game is really really deteriorating fast. Hope Asobo/MSFS get the server issues resolved soon. I think they should think to themselves if they actually want people using this sim or not! For me who likes to play jetliners with long hours, the game is useless in it’s current conditions with CTDs and bandwidth issues which I believe both are related to their servers! I did not have these issues prior to New Year with the exception of the times around world/sim updates when everything would be screwy!
Come on Asobo/MSFT get these basic issues resolved!

I’m getting another message now aswell in relation to “text to speech”… painful this is becoming.

I have been experiencing Bandwidth Too Low, Connection Lost and Switched To Offline messages increasingly over the last week. It seems to be worse since the recent update. Been using FS2020 since October and never had this issue. I have fiber optic internet with almost 1 Gb download speeds. Speed tests confirm this. Sim has always been set to unlimited bandwidth.
Today I took a 2 hour flight with the Citation Longitude and I was booted off 4-5 times. Each time the scenery textures would revert to some kind of default texture and would often be slowly rendered in large, ugly squares. Over time it degraded to the point the scenery resolution was very blocky and blurry to boot. Felt like an 8-bit game. Terrible!
Also have experienced the Azure ATC offline as well. What’s going on?!

This seems to be quite common in the last while.
I have had both (ATC fairly often), and like you, bandwidth is no issue for me as well.
Flights that are longerish (over 1 hr?) seem to be a common culprit.
If you have photogammetry on, you could try with it off, some folks have had a bit better results with that.
I wonder if it’s just server load. I updated my main sim a when it was released, but only updated the Deluxe content via the CM yesterday. It took almost an hour to d/l just over a gig of files.
Two different servers apparently.
One for flights, one for all else.
There was a post here just a day or so ago on that.
Your download may be slower just because of so many updating.
Glad I found this. It’s been happening to me too on a very fast, wired connection.
What results are folks who have this problem getting with Speedtest.net? It could be a problem with ISPs.

It’s because the network backbone today was getting hit very heavily and there were a few azure outages.
Everyone’s trying to get in on the action during Sunday. Try tomorrow, it should be better for sure.
