Bandwith low issue

Hello . I am getting low bandwith issue . I have 150 mbps did a speed test . Booting sim and wwitches to offline mode . Any fix for this ? Thanks .

I’ve been having the same issue since a few days ago, and my internet speed is also good. Maybe they’re doing some testing with their servers in prep for SU6 and it’s affecting things

Also having some data issues, and I run 1000 mbps internet speed connected directly to the router with CAT6 cable.

What’s your upload speed as I imagine that is just important with this sim as the server needs to know your location to send the correct data.

Have you also tried a router reset just incase.

Hi @moezilla124,

I had this issue where I kept getting the connection lost issue.
I thought something within the sim was causing it.
At the end it turns out, that it was hardware related on my end.

This is what helped me solve the issue.
Might be something similar in your case.

Issue solved. Me and a friend figured out that two wires were wrongly connected in the RJ-45 plug. Re-attached a new plug and my download speeds got tripled. Awesome!!

I did several speedtests too and the connection seemed fine.
However in my case my download speeds were capped at 100mbps.

So i got this “stable” connection at 100mbps.

This was weird, because my speeds on the wifi were much much higher.

So then this tech guy wizkid came by and we did several tests. Luckily it was this small issue like a wrongly connected RJ-45 plug.

This is just one small example why you can experiencing low bandwidth issues and connection lost messages.
Just make sure everything is up to date.
Internet is as fast as the weakest link.

Modem
Router
Cables
Network adapter

Also a tip: call your isp and verify that your modem is up to date and capable of transferring with a higher speed.
