Description of the issue:
During taxi if the aircraft slows to a full stop, the parking brake seems to engage, and I have to press my assigned joystick button TWICE to release it, and re-commence taxiing!

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Set up a flight at the parking gate (EGBB gate 4), remove chocks, request pushback, start to taxi to runway 33 (ignoring every worker who walks through the plane on the way!)
- Slow the plane to a stop, try to go again, cannot, brake is applied.
- Toggle parking brake twice, plane starts to move again
