Hi there, What does it mean when settings, etc. are saved in the “Cloud”? I know stupid question. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA
They are saved to your Xbox live account in “the cloud”

The “Cloud” refers to the Servers on the Internet.

Your data and settings are backed up on the internet server. If you delete files on your machine, you have the ability to reinstall from the internet. Likewise, if you get a new machine, you can migrate your settings and data from “the cloud” rather than copy-and-paste with removable drives.

Asobo stores all our settings in the ‘popcorn clouds’.

Don’t know what that means.
They are multi-billion dollars of expense in the Server Farms
physically located on Planet Earth.
