Simple solution
1-Select an airport in World map
2-Move the mouse over World map to a desired distance of the airport, clic left and “set as departure”
Te deperture will be from 1500ft over the spot selected.
Good solution
To improve this, get FSPM VFR Map from the free addons reference site.
This map has the “Teleport” option, where you can choose: altitude, speed and heading.
