Hi. Just wanted to point out that that’s not really a thing (unless you meant aerodynamic stall). In most aircraft, bringing the power back to idle in descent will not upset the engine. Definitely no problem in a turbine.

If you are flying a recip (piston) engined plane that has carb heat, apply it prior to reducing power.

The small engines in planes like a J3 Piper Cub like to be “cleared” occasionally during the descent (throttle increased briefly to make sure you still have power / no carb ice).

If later on you fly larger recips – I used to fly PA-31’s with 350 horsepower engines – they don’t like being “shock cooled” so manifold pressure is brought back very gradually during the descent.
