Bell 407 Will Not Idle


ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Setting throttle to idle does not slow the rotor RPM.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Bell 407. The H125 does not have this problem.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Always

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Launch Bell 407 on runway
  2. Check RPM and throttle position is in FLY
  3. Rotate throttle to IDLE and observe RPM does not reduce,

yes I have same problem..will not change from fly

• Yes.

• The twist grip throttle interacts with the mouse correctly, but doesn’t effect the engine. The engine stays at FLY and there’s no method to reduce the throttle.

I also see the problem as described. The only way to shut-down the engine is to stop the fuel supply and fuel pumps.

No change in RPM when throttle is rolled to Idle.
