Picking up this thread as it was closed and the issue is still present in SU6 FS2024
Beluga XL no Nosewheel steering Animation LOD issue - Bug Reporting Hub / Aircraft & Systems - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums
In standard zoom level, the front wheel steering animation is broken.
When zooming in further, the animation is fine.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

load BelugaXL e.g. in free flight ready on runway

taxi forward and turn the front wheel to change direction

notice in external view the animation is broken; zoomed in it’s fine
