If you own Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) Deluxe Edition or Premium Deluxe Edition the additional aircraft and airports unique to these editions will automatically work in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

So if I buy msfs2024 standard edition, I will have all the planes and sceneries of the msfs2020 premium deluxe edition?

Yes. That is how it is meant to work.
Be advised that, currently, there have been missing aircraft from some people’s installs (and it isn’t consistent which aircraft are missing), however this is not intentional and is being worked on behind-the-scenes with the ongoing content server improvements.
In my case, it’s not worth it anyway. I get better results turning the in-game rendering resolution down compared to FSR. In FS20, I could do that and get much better frame rates without suffering the blurry text like I got with FSR quality. I’m doing that now on FS24 with great results and no noticable loss of image quality by turning the resolution down one notch.
