They are quite different. Get both! 
414 is more of a cruiser and can go to higher altitudes if you want. Lots of character. Classic Analogue gauges. Lands really nicely. Feels stable and precise. Very well made.
Kodiak is more versatile, modern, glass cockpit. Also very well made and can bite back at you as it has a lot of power, but it’s fun to fly. Do you also get the new floaty version if you buy on Xbox?
Honestly they are so different you can’t really compare.
