Well, I found a suitable solution, at least for me. I have installed Greenshot as suggested in this thread and assigned a combination of keys for screenshot & automatic saving. Then I have assigned a macro pressing that combination of keys to one of the macro keys on my laptop (I use a Alienware Area51m for VR), which are on the left corner of the keyboard. So, even if I can’t see it, I can find it with my hand and press it.
It might be worth to expore the idea that they gave in another post about AutoHotKey. At the moment, I’m fine with what I have.
Be aware that, at least with Oculus, you will see the two “eyes” on the screenshots:
