I use Active Pause and then just use the Windows Snipping Tool. You can copy pasts into the forum or use save.
I know there are easier ways, but I have used the Snipping Tools for year, at work, and old habits are hard to break.
I keep the Snipping Tool pinned in my Taskbar and it’s easily accessible from my other two monitors.
Nice thing about the Snipping Tool is that you can capture the entire screen or just a small portion.
