I highly doubt it is in Beta right now, let alone released to alpha testers. Only the devs are probably working on the sim currently on console, and it may be released to those who are already tech alpha insiders that have an xbox one later down the road.
Propably not. Atleast i dont hope so, they should fix the PC version first. Still cant imagine playing a FlightSim on a console… but yeah, it is how it is…

The honest answer is nobody has heard or has any updated information about an Xbox version. The only thing we know is that they have plans to release MSFS for Xbox. We have no information on an alpha, beta, or release date. Most people are guessing it will launch sometime next year after the new console has been out. But honestly, nobody knows. As @HXArdito said, they need to focus on the PC version before they start worrying about a console version that will undoubtedly be a lesser version anyways.
I can’t believe this is still radio silence from Microsoft and The flight sim team. I know a lot of people who have bought the new consoles with the idea that flight sim was coming to them.
