"Beta" testing is about to be resumed

Asobo is about to re-start a program for testers to test pre-releases of patches and updates before they are released to the masses. Was announced on their Q & A. Thats great news. Maybe that will put an end, in some sort, of all these disastrous buggy updates.

Great news …

Will they listen?

They’d better if they want to succeed.

They need too. These past updates have been absolute garbage

Can’t wait to test again unless they get a new pool of testers.

Sign me up!!! Where’s the registration link?

A good move as this is getting rediculous with every update. They realy need to do something as what was a very good sim with a few issues is now becoming beyond a joke…

Love to see you put out something better. Theyre working hard and said they released the patches too early. Everyone on them to release asap is not helping. This isnt easy stuff.

I like the way xplane manages betas; with the optional opt in allowing me to have a stable working install and a separate cutting edge version for new stuff.

It’s too early for “beta” testing MSFS, they need to get fixes out at a much greater cadence to fix some of these breaking bugs, not slow it down. Once there’s a stable platform introduce betas, but please give people the ability to opt in rather than being chosen if your name begins with a C and you were born In October.

Would also love to do this

They need a ‘stable’ version before restarting the beta program.

Trust that they will be selective with the testers, ie real pilots, experienced fight simmers etc…please no MSFS Fan boys…we need good constructive comments and criticism.
