I know there are many other issues, but let’s just use the problem with the cloud as an example.
Why was beta testing not able to resolve this issue prior to SU7 release? Was it not noticed by the beta testers? Did they notice and report it, and MS disregard their input? Was it not the intention of a larger beta test group to prevent this from happening?
I hold no grudge against the beta testers, but rather try to understand this outcome.
If beta testing does not catch these very obvious errors, then maybe this process needs to be reviewed.
