Do you have 2 ram sticks or just 1?
For Ryzen processors you should always have 2 sticks in dual channel to have the best result.
Also, when replacing CPU and GPU always do a clean fresh install of Windows. I know it’s tedious to reinstall everything again but necessary.
8gb isn’t ideal, 16GB is much better but when you can afford it get 32GB.
