I play MSFS on PC, and since SU6 my peripherals are unable to accept new bindings via scan input. I can only bind controls via the dropdown menu. I use a Virpil Mongoos CM3 and VKB Gunfighter and pedals since I fly in DCS World quite a bit. I’ve played MSFS since release, and never once had an issue with my peripherals. I know the peripherals are recognized, since I manually selected my pedals axis in the dropdown and verified that the axis works fine. I’ve deleted binding profiles, re-installed native software, recalibrated, disconnected my peripherals, reinstalled MSFS; I even did a clean install of Windows while I was at it. The issue persists and seems to be an MSFS issue post-SU6. Very frustrating, since the amount of controls available on each of my peripherals makes selecting individual numbered switches from a list extremely difficult. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Did the scan input function for control binding stop working for anyone else? I’ve literally just stopped flying in MSFS atm because I can’t be bothered to make a chart with all the 50+ bindings for each controller and select them from a dropdown menu. What the heck, Microsoft?
