Binding of multiple soundcards

I would like to request that Sounds might be assigned to multiple specific soundcards.

Context : I use multiple virtual soundcards, one goes in my headset, one goes in my speakers. One only output sounds on my right ear. This is achieved through a combination of Voicemeeter / Rodecaster.

E.g. :

  • (Currently OK) Sim sound on Soundcard 1
  • (Currently OK) All Radio on Soundcard 2
  • Passengers on Soundcard 3 (currently : linked to Radio)
  • Comm2 and Comm3 on Soundcards 3 & 4 (currently : all aggregated in one single Radio Channel)

Practical examples :

  • have different radio blocks (PF / PM / COMM3)
  • select where passenger sounds are to be heard
  • improve realism regarding listening to ATIS

I got that this is not the feature everyone would be requesting. Any comments appreciated.
