It’d be better if the Known Issues list displayed during patch download would show this game breaking issue, along with the workaround which has proven to work.
There are many people not reading the forums and think they’re doing something wrong, partially reinstalling the sim or even Windows, just to find that it didn’t help.
Please spare your customers the headache by putting all critical known issues to the list if you already include one.
