you could look at it the other way, that it was too soon to start a A320 mod, as it was well know to many that default airlines in general would be in a state of flux for at least 6 months after release, so you could say it broke itself, given many changes to the default A320 would render aspects of the mod none functional until the mod was updated.
So in your opinion it was too soon to start a freeware mod?, wonder what is your opinion on releasing half baked products for money then.

Should really remove all mods after an upgrade and re-test it stock. You think they are going to QC every freeware mod out there. yeah right.

I don’t believe a good airplane was broken with the latest patch. I believe this latest patch will allow @IceMan8403 and his team the opportunity to make their improvements easier instead of having to patch things just to make the plane flyable. I’d prefer that the FlyByWire team have a solid platform to work their magic with.
Yes, kinda sucks but this will happen a lot with comming updates for a while.
I removed all mods before updating to 1.9.3. made no difference FBW mod 3 is broken!!
No PFD No MFD no glare shield lights.

Same as any sane person ofcourse. 
If they wanted to start a mod with the scope they say in the manner they wished to do it using the base A320 as the underpinning, then yes it was too soon, as the underpinning (read default A320) is in a state of flux.
So we are all back again from the start with no optimize A320 besides from the default one, 
at least until we get some feedback from the community team! Crazy rollercoaster trip…
Same problem on the stock plane.
The point of an SDK is for one product to say to the world “you can integrate with me via these contracts (software term, not a legal one) in this SDK and we will preserve the interface from your perspective through our own product transformations, updates, etc.”
We have seen so many responses to criticism over the state of this product at release that said “you’ve clearly never flown simulators for decades like us, or you would know sims are released unfinished and then all the 3rd parties come in and fix and finish everything”.
Now we have a very talented team of people on the FlyByWire team try to do exactly that, and now its “people should know better than to try to add onto this product until it is more finished”

Now, we all know the SDK is not quite in a finished and fully documented state. That indicates this product was not ready for prime time.
No one expects MS/Asobo to validate every piece of external code that gets built around their product. But we do expect for there to be a proper SDK for people to build around the product.
I can’t get the MFDs/ECAMs to light up at all from a cold and dark start even when I have the FlyByWire mod removed. Also, the overhead buttons don’t function at all either in this state. And the patch notes for patch 3 state that this is a known issue. So it appears it’s not just the mods. The only way I can get them to work is if I have the sim start the plane ready for take off on the runway. But hey, we can now turn on both APs, so…progress?
You may have to manually turn up the brightness using the light knobs
Has anyone facing black screens with the latest mod ? Because I don’t know what to do.
I tried to play with the brightness knobs but I still get black screens…
…and very few people (including the long in the tooth simmers) are saying it was. However it was released, you bought it, so did I and many others and we are where we are.
Unless you have a way of changing what’s already happened then there’s little point in going round in circles where nothing changes except your frustration level.
Demand a refund (good luck with that), leave the sim well alone for 6 months or so and then see where we are or whatever else you want to do, but dwelling on the negatives is no better than throwing good money after bad.
Feel free to totally ignore the above and carry on regardless, as is your right.
Anyone noticed drop of FPS last patch or last A320nx patch?
Here i had a drop of FPS…
Confirmed a huge drop in FPS, i usually go Ultra and keep 35fps but now is barely flyable on high settings with continous stutters and drops during flight! Think i will come back to 0.3.1 till they fix the issue
