Un-Installing / remove from community folder is not sufficent. You have to check manualy the mentioned LocalCache../packages folder and have to remove the existing “workingtitle” folders.
Can you confirm that you no longer find such folders, files and that also Default-Airplanes like a C172 have black screens ?
