Searching for it in the 2024 marketplace, it does not show up. I can install the 0.1.2 for MSFS 2020 from my library.
It’s possible to show/hide engine and pitot covers when walking around, but it’s still the 2020 version. Also, some preferences saved via the tablet are often not saved or forgotten. Wheel blocks sometimes are showed, sometimes not, despite the option to start with engine covers and wheel blocks is enabled.
Also, about interior lighting at night, i have the feeling that the 2020 looked better.
And file structure is for the old sim, so it’s definitely the 2020 version (which also reports the 0.1.4, but when i check the manifest file, it says 0.1.2)
Yes, a fun SU4 ‘feature’ - broken state saving. The work around is to load up another flight after you complete the first. You can exit right back out again, just need to hit fly now as far as I know. It was working for me on the FSW Learjet 35 before the dev implemented their own solution. I’ve seen posts that say it works for the BKSQ planes too.
I’ve had a crummy week, and I feel like adding some positivity around here. I just bought this bundle a week or two ago, and I’m in love. They’re both so fun to fly, and I still can’t believe how detailed the simulation is. Lots of fun liveries on Flightsim.to as well.
I’ve been flying segments from Singapore, through Indonesia and New Guinea and down the east coast of Australia. Flew to Sydney yesterday and Melbourne tonight. Tasmania this weekend, then New Zealand. Great fun.
These are great Aircraft! Very old school having to really work to fly them, which I think helps a ton with piloting skills. Anyway, I wanted to ask a question. Why does the yoke that you’re NOT in front of look bigger? Thanks.
Fish eye lens effect, I expect. Scroll back on your mouse wheel to make this effect even more pronounced. Also take a peek at the sun when it is at the edges of your monitor.
